Public review EA for the Gold Run Mining Plan of Operations

This Environmental Assessment (EA) describes two alternatives: 1) The No Action alternative, where NPS would not authorize mining operations on the Gold Run unpatented claims; and 2) NPS would authorize mining on the Gold Run claims consistent with the Mining Plan of Operations and NPS stipulations (this is the NPS preferred alternative). The EA analyzes the environmental effects resulting from each alternative. Also included for public review and comment are Appendices A, C, D, and E. There is no Appendix B.
