Schedule of Public Meetings: September 2010

Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Preserve wishes to announce the following schedule of public meetings regarding the Nabesna Off-Road Management Plan Environmental Assessment:

Monday, September 20: Anchorage, at BLM Campbell Creek Science Center, 5600 Science Center Drive. Time is 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.

Tuesday, September 21: Copper Center, at Wrangell St. Elias NPP Visitor Center Theater, mile 106.8 Richardson Highway. Time is 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Tuesday, September 21: Slana, at Slana School. Time is 7:30 - 9:30 p.m.

Wednesday, September 22: Tok, at Tok School. Time is 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Thursday, September 23: Fairbanks, at National Park Service office at 4115 Geist Road. Time is 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

All meetings will start with a short presentation but will be open-house style, with displays, materials to review, comment forms, and NPS personnel available to answer questions.
