Final White-tailed Deer Management Plan/EIS

The final plan/EIS describes four alternatives for the management of deer at Rock Creek Park, as well as the environment that would be affected by the alternatives and the environmental consequences of implementing these alternatives. The final plan/EIS also provides responses to substantive comments made on the draft plan/EIS and incorporates those comments and suggested revisions where appropriate.
