Project Description

Replace existing glass doors with sliding glass doors and enclose foyers to prevent insects, rodents, and snakes from entering the building. The current doors were installed when the building was originally constructed in 1980. This project proposes to install four Stanley 600 bi-fold and four panel automatic doors with a dark bronze finish. These doors will be activated by motion detectors and locking will be manual. Two dark bronze guide rails will be installed for the exterior doors. The foyers will be enclosed with fixed storefront glass to create an airlock vestibule.
