Replace Grills in Picnic Area

This project replaces fourteen deteriorating pedestal-mounted barbecue grills scattered throughout the park's picnic area. New grills will be attached to pipes that will slip over existing pipes. No new ground will be disturbed. Only damage to ground will be tracks of personnel and possibly a truck and/or UTV.
