Draft Memorandum of Agreement Between the California State Historic Preservation Officer Regarding the Removal of the Ahwahnee Hotel Tennis Courts
The Draft Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is intended to specify steps to address the adverse effects posed by the removal of the tennis courts associated with the historic Ahwahnee Hotel to the Yosemite Valley Historic District (to which they contribute). The stipulations contained within the MOA are intended to mitigate the loss of the courts as a historic resource belonging to the American people.
