Park-specific Programmatic Agreement

A Programmatic Agreement among the NPS-USDI, the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, MO State Historic Preservation Office, The Caddo Nation, The Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma, The Osage Nation, and The United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians in Oklahoma, regarding implementation of 36 CFR 800 for activities related to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act in George Washington Carver National Monument, Diamond MO, has been developed.
