Revisied Reroutes & Repairs to Flood Damaged Trails EA

Based on public comments and input from the Rocky Mountain National Park Leadership Team, the EA has been revised. Revisions were made to the alternatives descriptions for the Aspen Brook and Twin Sisters Trails. A total of four (4) paragraphs have been changed. No other changes have been made to the EA.
