Record of Decision for Herring River Restoration Project Environmental Impact Statement

This is the Record of Decision (ROD) for the Herring River Restoration Project at Cape Cod National Seashore. RODs are formal decision documents resulting from NEPA reviews. Once a ROD is signed by the regional director, the NEPA process formally ends, and the project may be implemented pending other compliance requirements.
