Second Amendment to ABPP Interim Programmatic Agreement - Extension

All Signatories and Concurring Parties have signed the Second Amendment to extend the duration of and change the title of the Programmatic Agreement among the National Park Service (NPS) American Battlefield Protection Program (ABPP), the National Conference of State Historic Preservation Officers (NCSHPO), and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (ACHP) for the implementation of the ABPP's Battlefield Land Acquisition Grant Program. This Amendment extends the Agreement from June 30, 2016 until superseded by the execution of an ABPP Nationwide Programmatic Agreement for the states of Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.
