This document is the Final Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report for the Herring River Restoration Project. A 30-day No Action Period will commence with the publication of a Federal Register Notice of Availability by the Environmental Protection Agency. This notice is scheduled for publication on Friday, June 24th. After the 30-day No Action Period, a Record of Decision may be signed by the Northeast Regional Director of the National Park Service.
