Draft Phase V Early Restoration Plan and Environmental Assessment

The Deepwater Horizon Natural Resource Damage Assessment Trustees are pleased to announce availability of the Draft Phase V Early Restoration Plan and Environmental Assessment.

Interested individuals, organizations, and agencies are encouraged to provide comments. The Trustees will accept comments from the public through December 31, 2015. To submit a comments through the comment console, click the "Comment on Document" button to enter your comments. Attachments cannot be sent through the comment console. The Trustees will accept additional public comment at public meetings held according to the schedule listed under the "Meeting Notices" link.
