The CLR-EA presents an approach to long-term management of the 240-acre George Washington Carver National Monument cultural landscape. The plan addresses treatment for specific areas within the park's boundary. The CLR-EA is the primary document used to guide management and stewardship of the cultural landscape and its resources, and to inform treatment, management, and maintenance of the grounds and buildings at the monument, located in Diamond, (Newton County), Missouri.
