1. What do you think the monument's priorities should be in spending any potential increased fee revenue? (97% of all fee revenue generated at Lava Beds stays in Lava Beds. Congressional funding regulations, FLREA, limits fee revenue to be spent on projects with a direct visitor connection, not regular operational costs.)
