Management Plan

The purpose of this Management Plan is to build
on prior plans and initiatives of the Journey
Through Hallowed Ground Partnership; to lay the
groundwork for the heritage area's initiatives over
the next 15 years. The Plan will: reinforce the
involvement and consensus that the Partnership
has built among community stakeholders and the
public; provide continued additional mechanisms
for public input; draw new support from interests
that have not been previously involved in The JTHG
Partnership activities; help prioritize The JTHG
Partnership initiatives and activities over the next 15
years; and serve as a baseline for evaluation of the
JTHG National Heritage Area (NHA).
