FONSI Las Vegas Wash Flow Regulation


The Finding of No Significant Impact for Lower Las Vegas Wash Flow Regulation was signed on April 22, 2013. The Selected Action is to construct up to six new grade control structures within the Wash as conditions dictate. This was identified and analyzed as the Management-preferred alternative in the environmental assessment.
