Carbon Dioxide Pipeline Crossing Easement Environmental Assessment, Natchez Trace Parkway (Madison, MS)

Environmental Assessment for a proposal by by Denbury Onshore, LLC to install a 24-inch (24") diameter pipeline across the Ross Barnett Reservoir adjacent to two existing 8-inch (8") diameter pipelines and underneath the Natchez Trace Parkway near milepost 113 in Madison County, Mississippi. Installation of the proposed pipeline across the Natchez Trace Parkway will utilize the horizontal boring method under the motor road pavement, and partially within an existing cleared utility easement in order to avoid and minimize direct impacts to resources within the park boundaries.
