LABE GMP- Finding of No Significant Impacts


A Finding of No Significant Impact for the Lava Beds National Monument General Management Plan was approved on July 26, 2011.

Based on the environmental analysis as documented in the EA, together with the capability of the mitigation measures to avoid, reduce, or eliminate impacts, and with the due consideration for the nature of public comments, results in determination that the approved plan is not a major federal action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment.
