THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE-MANASSAS NATIONAL BATTLEFIELD PARK
NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT

The National Park Service at the Manassas National Battlefield Park has made available to interested governmental and private bodies and individuals an Environmental Assessment (EA) to provide a universally accessible comfort station and supporting infrastructure at the Brawner Farm, Manassas National Battlefield Park, in Virginia, for use by park visitors and employees. The EA considered potential impacts to the natural and manmade environments including: soils, vegetation, cultural landscapes, visitor use and experience and park operations. Copies of the EA can be obtained by written request and comments can be submitted by:

The comment period for this project is 30 days and will begin on September 6, 2011 and conclude on October 6, 2011. A limited number of copies of the EA are available to fill single copy requests.
