Public Comment and Response Report

This report summarizes public comments submitted on the Scenic Vista Management Plan Environmental Assessment (EA), which was released for public review from August 9-September 17, 2010. During the comment period, 40 public comment letters were received with a total of 29 unique concerns. Along with a summary of public concerns expressed in those comment letters, this report provides responses to substantive comments.
