Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Section 106 - Status Update

The National Park Service, pursuant to the terms of the August 25, 2008 Memorandum of Agreement regarding the establishment of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial, provides the attached documents as a means of providing a status report on the NHPA Section 106 process and also to notify consulting parties about a proposed modification to the public bench seating in teh memorial plaza.
