Herring Cove Beach Facility Design Concepts

The following display boards were presented by National Park Service staff at a meeting of the Provincetown Selectmen on June 16, 2010. The boards present design concept plans for a new energy efficient modular building system that can be relocated in the future as determined, by experts in the field of beach and dune migration and deterioration.

The Park is asking for feedback and opinions on the proposed project that will help Park staff determine what layout ideas should be examined further and if the project will have greater than minor environmental impacts, further understand public opinion, and gather ideas about the project.

Comments on the ideas presented on these boards can be submitted via this website or mailed to the park at the address listed below. Comments will be collected through July 31, 2010.
