Organ Pipe Cactus NM New Building and Sewer Upgrade EA
This document describes actions currently under consideration at Organ Pipe Cactus NM to upgrade the park's failing sewer system in the housing area and to construct two new administrative buildings that would be adequate to support the park's increased law enforcement and resource management efforts as the result of issues relating to the US/Mexico border. Additionally, construction of a parimeter fence areound an administrative area is proposed.
