AZRU, General Management Planning Update (newsletter)

The National Park Service (NPS) has developed the Aztec Ruins National Monument General Management Plan and Environmental Assessment (GMP/EA) that is now available for public review. This General Management Planning Update serves to summarize the NPS Preferred Alternative (also known as the Proposed Plan) that is described in the GMP/EA. The newsletter also provides the following information:
• Foundation Statements that are the basis of the GMP
• Brief description of other alternatives evaluated for the GMP
• Summary and update on the GMP planning steps
• Summary of how the GMP was developed
• Public meeting schedule

The GMP/EA is also posted on this website and may be accessed and reviewed. It is available in the Public document list.
