Categorical Exclusion for Removal of Invasive Silk Trees at Alley Mill

The OZAR Fire Management Staff will remove invasive-exotic Silk Trees (Albizia julibrissin), also known as Mimosa, along the Alley Mill Spring Branch. Mimosa trees are established along the spring branch and are continuing to spread. Many of the trees overhang the spring branch, allowing for seeds/seed pods to be deposited into the spring branch and thus potentially aiding in population establishment downstream.
