Categorical Exclusion for Moss Barn

Mr. Phillip Moss has proposed to rebuild a 40 x 60 foot barn on his property where the Park holds a scenic easement. The barn was heavily damaged by severe weather in previous years and torn down. The new barn will be placed near the existing clubhouse away from the river.
