Finding of No Significant Impact

The environmental review process has been completed for the rehabilitation of various roadways and parking areas within the Battlefield. The Finding of No Significant Impact was signed by National Capital Regional Director Joseph M. Lawler and by Federal Highway Administration, Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division Planning and Programming Engineer Paul T. Nishimoto. The decision was reached after reviewing the environmental impacts and considering public comments on the Environmental Assessment released in October 2007.
