Memorandum of Agreement

The National Park Service, Maryland State Historic Preservation Officer, and Federal Highway Administration signed a Memordum of Agreement to stipulate the measures necessary to mitigate the adverse effect to historic properties as a result of the proposed rehabilitation of various roadways and parking areas within the Antietam National Battlefield.
