Pulltite Visitor Contact Facility

Ozark National Scenic Riverways is planning a new Ranger Station and Visitor Contact Facility at the Pulltite Landing and Campground. The new facility will replace the existing ranger station fee booth and existing vault toilet. The new split face block construction will be a 1,050 sq ft, ADA accessible facility with modern men's and women's restrooms, four shower facilities, visitor contact space, administrative office space and maintenace facilities. A new leach field septic system will be included in the construction with the possibility of incorporating existing and future buildings into the septic system.

This EA also addresses associated proposed actions in the vicinity of the new visitor contact facility, including moving the campground host site, and the construction of picnic pavillion.
