FONSI Rehabilitate Marina Bulkheads at Flamingo

The Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the project to Rehabilitate Marina Bulkheads at Flamingo Environmental Assessment (EA) was signed by NPS Regional Director Mark Foust on March 20, 2025.

The FONSI and EA constitute the record of the environmental impact analysis and decision-making process as required by the National Environmental Policy Act.
