Preliminary Concepts Newsletter

This newsletter presents background information on the effort to create a master plan for the bus burning site in Freedom Riders National Monument. It includes preliminary design concepts for future development and visitor experiences at the site. Please review and consider providing your feedback to the project team by answering the questions below.

Topic Questions Instructions:

Please keep in mind that the designs in the newsletter are preliminary. The planning team needs input from you to move forward with refined concepts that meet public expectations. Comments that "vote" for specific concepts are less useful than comments that note positive or negative aspects among all of the potential designs.
