Floodplain Statement of Finding


The National Park Service at Zion National Park seeks comments on the Floodplain Statement of Finding (FSOF) for the proposed project to remove the dam and waterline at the Temple of Sinawava. The waterline would be replaced with a new line installed below the river bottom. This document outlines the potential floodplain impacts and mitigation measures associated with the project within the regulatory floodplain of the North Fork of the Virgin River.
