Rockside Road Bridge Floodplain Statement of Findings

The Floodplain Statement of Findings (SOF) quantifies the flood hazard associated with the replacement of the Rockside Road bridge over the Cuyahoga River. The Floodplain SOF presents the rationale for the development of the proposed facilities within the regulatory floodplain of the Cuyahoga River, documents the anticipated negative impacts of these improvements on human health/life, capital investment, and floodplain functions and values, and presents mitigations to these impacts.
