Elimination of Reversible Operations Along Rock Creek & Potomac Parkway: Transportation Impact Assessment and Appendices

This study and the associated Appendix C explore the safety and operational impacts of the reversible one-way operations on Rock Creek and Potomac Parkway. The remaining appendices are undergoing accessibility reviews and will be uploaded in the near future.

The findings of this study will inform the design process for an upcoming Environmental Assessment/Plan to rehabilitate the parkway.
