Floodplain Statement of Findings - Towpath Buckeye, Towpath Mudcatcher, Station Road South, and CVSR MP 59.3
This Floodplain Statement of Findings (FSOF) quantifies the flood hazards associated with riverbank stabilization at four locations along the Cuyahoga River in the Park (Towpath Trail: Buckeye, Towpath Trail: Mudcatcher, Towpath Trail: Station Road South, and Valley Railway: Mile Post 59.3). The FSOF presents the rationale for the development of the proposed project within the regulatory floodplain of the Cuyahoga River, documents the anticipated negative impacts of these improvements on human health/life, capital investment, and floodplain functions and values, and presents mitigations to these impacts.
