This wetlands statement of findings (SOF) analyzes the proposed action for bank stabilization at Towpath Mudcatcher site along the Cuyahoga River to protect the Towpath Trail. The SOF includes the existing conditions of the site, the proposed work for stabilization, and wetland compensation.
