The statements and conclusions reached in this finding of no significant impact (FONSI) are based on documentation and analysis provided in the EA and associated decision file. The NPS has determined that the proposed action, as described in the EA, will not impair the floodplain at BICY (see the Non-Impairment Determination in Appendix A).
