Pre-NEPA civic engagement

Padre Island National Seashore (the Seashore) is considering developing a Beach Management Plan to protect beach resources and guide the many and varied uses of the beach.

We invite you to participate in the planning process by submitting your ideas to help inform the development of this management plan. We would like to hear any thoughts and ideas you feel are relevant and important for this planning process. There are many ways to be involved, including attending an in-person public meeting and submitting electronic or written comments.

Please join us for one of three in-person, open house meetings to learn about the proposed Beach Management Plan. (meeting info below)


Padre Island National Seashore está considerando desarrollar un Plan de Gestión de Playas para proteger los recursos de la playa y guiar los muchos y variados usos de la playa.

Lo invitamos a participar en el proceso de planificación enviando sus ideas para ayudar a informar el desarrollo de este plan de gestión. Nos gustaría escuchar cualquier pensamiento e idea que considere relevante e importante para este proceso de planificación.
