JTNP Proposed Backcountry Permit Program

This document describes Joshua Tree National Park's (JTNP) proposed backcountry permit program.  Please review the entire document and provide comments.

After the 30-day review period, the Superintendent will review the comments and make a decision on whether to implement the permit program. Based on public comment, the Superintendent can make changes to the program before making a decision.
