Environmental Assessment for the American Veterans Disabled for Life Memorial


The EA presents the proposed action (concept design), the purpose and need for
the memorial, alternatives, and evaluates the potential effects of the project on existing socio-economic, cultural uses of the site, as well as transportation conditions in the vicinity of the site. The concept design, within the review and approval process established by the requirements of the Commemorative Works Act may be refined in subsequent design reviews.
