Pipeline Parcel Environmental Assessment

Environmental Assessment for a proposed project to resolve a current situation existing at the entrance to the Drewry’s Bluff unit of Richmond National Battlefield Park. At this site, underground pipelines used to transport sulfuric acid and water, cross park property. The preferred alternative consists of a land exchanged whereby the parcel of land occupied by the pipeline would be exchanged for another parcel that is part of the battlefield landscape.
