DC SHPO Concurrence on No Adverse Effect Finding


As you are most likely aware, we determined this project would have "no adverse effect" on historic properties in 2015 (16-0044) and again in 2017 (17-0172). Since the latest version of the design involves only relatively minor aesthetic revisions, we see no reason to alter our earlier determinations. Please retain this email to document that we concur with the NPS finding that the final design (21-0600) will also have "no adverse effect" on historic properties.
