Comment Card

This comment card describes how members of the public can be involved in the preparation of a Foundation Document for the Medgar and Myrlie Evers Home National Monument. The card presents four questions for public comment and includes spaces for answers. Anyone can print and mail this comment card using a stamp and the address printed on this card. Please note that during the open comment period of July 1 - August 31, 2021, answers to these questions can also be directly entered here into this website using the "Open For Comment" link.
