Draft Statement of Findings for Floodplains and Wetlands
This statement of findings (SOF)accompanies an Environmental Assessment of impacts to the Stehekin River floodplain for actions designed to maintain the Stehekin Valley Road and access within Lake Chelan NRA. This SOF pertains to the NPS preferred alternative for reopening the Stehekin Valley Road to Car Wash Falls following damage from the record 2003 flood.
