Please find a copy of the Environmental Assessment, Statement of Findings for Floodplains, and Statement of Findings for Wetlands analyzing Kindee Oil and Gas Texas, LLC DM Murdock Deep #1 within Padre Island National Seashore at http://parkplanning.nps.gov. The proposed well will be located at the 15 mile marker on Yarborough Pass Road. The National Park Service is asking for your comments on this proposal.
