This photo shows the Lady Express, one of two public ferries serving Lake Chelan including the community of Stehekin. The vessel is moored alongside the winter barge landing and public boat ramp. The ferries dock in this area in winter during low lake levels. These wintertime mooring conditions do not enable universal access for mobility-impaired persons.
