| Description: | This Environmental Assessment (EA) was prepared to address the need to rehabilitate Arlington House, its outbuildings, and the historic grounds in a manner that protects and maintains the cultural resources and values for which the Robert E. Lee Memorial was established; and to provide sufficient analysis on a range of alternatives and their environmental impacts. Through the process a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) will be determined or a Notice of Intent (NOI) to prepare an Environmental impact Statement for further analysis. |
