Description: Prepared by Anton Nelessen & Associates, this report presents the findings of a visual evaluation involving the participation of hundreds of Fire Island residents to consider what physical qualities and characteristics contribute to making Fire Island the distinctive place that it is. The final report was presented at the members meeting of the Fire Island Association on July 28, 2012. Printed copies of the report can be made available upon request.
